Started Spare
. I am just voyeuristic enough to be drawn to a good royal tell-all.Unfortunately like the several recent books I've gotten from the downloadable library, I will likely not be able to finish in the two weeks and then will have to sit on a lengthy waitlist before I can get back to it. These are the only times I wish for a longer commute.

[book:A Libertarian Walks Into a Bear: The Utopian Plot to Liberate an American Town|..."Having lived in New Hampshire for the past 30+ years, I wish the situation was as funny as the title. Home to the Free State Project, which has the ultimate goal of seceding from the Union, we are overrun by people who think any government is too much government.
Finished I Have Some Questions for You
on audio and
The Way Life Should Be The latter is a good summer beach read, especially if your vacation takes you to the coast of Maine where the book is set. I enjoyed both of these.
Started The Road to Character
on audio for my August book group and
I Have Some Questions for You also on audio.
Started All the Sinners Bleed
and didn't finish it in time and it had to go back to the library. Now I'm 20th or so on the waiting list and I really love Cosby's books. I may have to breakdown and buy it.
A few that I've recently finished, or finished a while ago and forgot to post:Poverty, by America
Pineapple StreetTaste: My Life through Food
I started In the Dream House
on audio. Not what I was expecting, but it is a short listen at a bit over 5 hours, so I'm sticking with it and I am liking it more.
Monday, April 24 is Right to Read Day and it kicks of National Library Week. Sadly my NH Library Association is not listed as one of the many organizational partners. So go forth and read a banned book tomorrow and every day. #RightToRead
I'm back! Finished a few:The Secrets Between Us
Loved it!
Mediocre: The Dangerous Legacy of White Male America This one didn't grab me, in part because it just made me angry. The Maid
Seemed like everyone was raving about this when it first came out. I finished it but didn't love it.West with Giraffes
Loved this one. It gave off a similar vibe to Remarkably Bright Creatures. Based on a true story!
How Not to Get Shot: And Other Advice From White People Very good!Shutter
Interesting premise and good debut.I think I got them all!
Wow, I have a lot of catch up to do! I recently startedDemon Copperhead
