"We Were Liars is one of those books that you really don’t know what to expect. The description in the inside of the jacket is vague on purpose, so the reader spends a lot of time trying to guess. It worked! I'm one of those readers who will skip the summary so that I can be surprised. This isn't a long and drawn out book, so I feel like I'm flying through the pages. "On page 251, Columbine students are supposed to resume school in the fall now. Construction is happening to refurbish the interior. The school district expected a drop in enrollment but opposite. Columbine was a landmark. Students had to be checked for trauma and other mental stuff. I would feel like I was an animal in the zoo if this ever happened to me. "Is Clary and Sebastian going to become a boyfriend, girlfriend couple, because Sebastian is getting pretty fond of Clary. It would also be weird because if Clary and Sebastian are a couple and Jace goes out with Sebastian's cousin then both families would get become one whole one.
