140069 #8 here with my first book finished 2nd Feb Who Killed the Curate?

I gave it 4 stars, it was a good mystery with a charming protagonist. I'd like to read the others in the series if they get reprinted. I know the last one has.
140069 I decided to read this in real time so started on the 22nd and finished today, fun to do and I looked forward each day to my time with Poirot.
Even though I read it about 5 years ago I forgot that it was Sugden!! I thought it was Hilda and was really hoping that it wasn't.

I also laughed at Poirot's moustache envy.

Thank you Carol and I've just seen the Poirot thread.

Also thank you very much for all the organising of the book pool.
140069 I read this years ago but have completely forgotten the story. I'm planning to do a real time read as it starts on 22nd December, through to 28th December.

140069 #8 reader here!

I was reading A Winter Away but have given up for now. I still want to finish it but I'm more in the mood for reading Christmas murder mysteries at the moment!

I've also just noticed that I Capture the Castle is in the Pool. I reread that in July but forgot to add it. One of my all time favourite books.

I think CCF is the weakest of her books that I've read so far. A shame that that's the one she's known for.

Enjoyed your review of Business as Usual. Moving that book up the tbr.
