Peeta followed close behind he didn't want to let her out of his sight

Peeta followed her not sure what they were in for
"Should we go?" He asked
"The guards at the front gate, they said there are groups of kids leaving the city to find their parents" he said looking puzzled
Peeta ordered a squad of soldiers ready after he was finished with that he got another call he answered then looked at Katniss

"I'll have the soldiers get ready to go after him" peeta said
"What should we do" peeta asked
"What I for does it have on it?" He asked
"What's on it?" He asked
Peeta came in " what's new?" He asked
He then looked at the camera after killing one of her soldiers blood covered his face "the death of my parents will not be in vain Katniss shall pay for what she did" he said before the video cut
The video showed Marcus as a kid fighting some of the rebels he wasn't wearing the traditional white uniform but a uniform with a camouflage pattern

A usb flash drive fell out of the folder containing video footage of Marcus in action
There was a file with a kid named Marcus in it it was only two pages long front and back but it detailed him as being top of the recruitment class
