I really enjoy the story! It's very inventive and clever. But the writing is so frustrating! Ugh. Sometimes I just cringed at passages because of how badly they were written!
I read the start of this book on a train, and it was raining and there was an epic storm outside so it really set the tone!it didn't take long for me to get into this book. So far I am loving it!
I totally agree with Ryan, Gaiman leaves us to our own devices with all the fantasy elements. We have to imagine things on our own.
Lets keep reading!

The ending was predictable, but that is not the point I guess. What we really get from this book is some deep strong themes that resonate with us for days after reading the book. Well at least that's what happened to me.
I really enjoyed this book.
I can't wait to discuss it more in the liveshow!
This part did not drag on at all for me. I read part 4 and 5 in one sitting and I really enjoyed them. I think the ending is predictable. But still, I really like this book.
The plot seems to have taken a huge leap!Whoa! I did not at all expect Dante to be leaving! He better come back! He was an awesome character!
I'm hoping there will be a lot of character development with their separation.
The plot is getting more and more intriguing!
I love the writing style so far.I really was not expecting them to get hit by a car though!
But I now realise that this is going to be an important part of the book. I think this scene will be the catalyst for the rest of the story to come.
We get to see some real character development in this part and I love it.
Character development is great :)
I am connecting with both Ari and Dante in little bits and pieces, but I am definitely enjoying the book so far!
Ok I love it so far. I sat down and read part one last night and I really enjoyed it! This is the first book I've read thats Mexican/American. It's really interesting! I agree with Sabrina, Ari does sound very philosophical. But then again his name is Aristotle... haha.
First person narration I was not expecting. I thought it would be third person so that we could jump from Ari to Dante. But so far 1st person seems to be working!
I really enjoy this book so far and am really excited to keep reading on to part two!
