I've only read one other book by him, Hollow Pike, and I would definitely recommend that one. Not quite as scary but still the same sort of feeling throughout I think!

I didn't spot the letters either! I felt so sorry for Mary and her story up until that bit and then she just went back to freaking me out!

I'm definitely glad I read it! Just I probably won't be reading too much YA horror...I might just stick with James' horror books, at least I know his style and it's not overly gory or anything xD

The twist at the end?! OMG it's freaking me out so much! I literally just finished it and I'm home alone and I'm scared to move from my sofa...

This is still creeping me out! I put it down for a while to read my university books but I want to get it finished before I go away tomorrow! Fingers crossed I don't get completely freaked out and throw it out of the window xD

I just finished Day 1 & 2.
I'm really freaked out now. I've made a rule to not read this when I'm home alone or when it's dark...I'm a chicken when it comes to horror and this is freaking me out!

I love James Dawson's writing style and the simplicity of it though!

I just got to page 35, so the end of Chapter 2...I've got a feeling this is going to get creepy soon.
I feel really on the edge of my seat when I'm reading because I know something is going to scare me! xD
