15295 Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 1:2

1599 Geneva Bible Notes:

2:13 (11) But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

(11) Christ is the only bond of the Jews and Gentiles, by whom they are reconciled to God.

1599 Geneva Bible Notes:

2:16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in (o) one body by the cross, having (p) slain the enmity thereby:

(o) He alludes to the sacrifices of the Law, which represented that true and only sacrifice. (p) For he destroyed death by death, and fastened it as it were to the cross.

15295 Thank thee for replying in the quaint olde fashion'd manner, to which cometh so naturally, being an avid reader of the King James, Geneva Bible versions, and Shakespeare! :)

15295 Warmest welcome to thee, Ashley, and greetings!

Medieval . . . Very intriguing! I nearly joined a New Order Amish District in MD about twelve years ago. . . They have pole-to-home electricity, no tv, no radio, no motor vehicle, no computer, and etc.

I love the Early Modern English of Shakespeare. The English vsed then was uerie different than what we haue todaie. Spelynges were moſt intereſtynge and faſcinatynge.

Scottish Brogue is also. Och, lak a wee bit o' Burn's poetry lass, aye.

I love the olden manner of speaking, if ye look about mine own comments, ye shall see what I mean.

Glad to make thine acquaintance, and look forward getting to know thee better!

Sincerest regards,
Timothy

15295 Thou hast answered right. . .Admah and Zeboiim. Lot wast told to flee to the mountains, but he wast afraid of wild beasts, thus he asked if he could go to Zoar, for it was a small city. . .it was spared. Thou wast on target indeed! ;-)))
