YAY!! I'm so so so glad you loved this one too! So good! it was such a surprising slasher! So many of the murders were just SHOCKING! and I loved Rose too! She was such a badass.
I love that she was a reluctant badass too! lol she tried to not get involved but. . .she was forced to be involved! but once she was in, SHE WAS IN!

also loved she was clear with her boundaries too!

I liked the singing at the end.
the tick was still gross.
I was also absolutely shocked the sister knew! WOW! and didn't tell her!
I found who her mom was a surprised and who her dad was and the two different ways of seeing their stories.
but I just don't like romantasy so I found the couple meh - I hated their drama and arguments and those around them working both for and against them at different levels. and I thought this was just way way way too long!

i was so glad they got Hank out and that everyone else they managed to save was doing better!

Interesting that Daphne also was just deciding the hiding was too much.

I was also glad that Vera stepped up and took care of the men they got out!

i'm glad they protected Christina but I found their story really flimsy and I'm glad the detective went with it but. . . I just did not see Colin putting hands on Lucas. I can't imagine no on in the neighborhood called the cops when the adults fought with children? I didn't buy that either.

there was just too much anger and rage in this one for me. It's getting really hard for me to read things where everyone is just so angry at the world and people and they just feed off the anger

ha! I love the way she worked a promise out of him. can he really not lie? hmmm. . . I get there are ways around that. . .

this world is so odd but I think she's doing a great job of working her way around it even if she makes mistakes. I mean, it's hard to know what is wrong and right here - and he doesn't seem to want to help.
