A tip for calibrating your oven... set the oven at 2350 and after it has preheated place the thermometer on the shelf so that you can read it through the glass. Check the temperature every 20 minutes and write it down. After you have checked 5 times, add the figures and divide by five. If the average is between 350 and 375, your oven does not need to be calibrated. If it does need to be calibrated, consult your owner's manual.

Oh! My! GODS! These are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! I think these are my 2nd favorite Kim Exclusive (raspberry tuxedos come in first). Heck... might be my 2nd favorite cookie PERIOD. GREAT job!!!!!!
The KitchenAid is the stand alone blender, and works very nicely. And thanks for the info on the store... I didn't know that.
