Hey guys--

I will be hosting a giveaway for this special mini round of #becausedragonsRAT.

To enter, simply post your tbr here on the goodreads group or on twitter/IG with the #becausedragonsrat hashtag. Open until the last day of the readathon.

The winner will receive a book of their choice (up to $15USD) from the Book Depository. Or, if the BD doesn't ship to you, I will gift you an ebook. I will choose 2 winners!

The mini round will happen Dec 28-31 so plan accordingly!

Reading challenges:
1. Winter Is Coming: Read a fantasy book with a chilly word in the title.
2. Warm By The Fireplace: Read a retelling based on a favorite story.
3. New Year's Resolutions: Read the first book in a fantasy series you've been meaning to get to.

Hello #becausedragonsrat!

I had so many plans for this 'thon for the end of the year and yet, nothing has really stuck. I think I can manage another mini round this December before the year ends.

Is there interest in a 4 day readathon? If so, head over to my twitter and vote on the dates (@callmesensei14)!

Haha, you guys realize this was last years' mini thon, right?

I take it then, that there is some interest in doing something similar this year? I had wanted to do something a little longer but I don't think I'm going to have the time.

Oooh! I love the Truthwitch series. And I've been wanting to read The Last Namsara as well.... you'll have to tell me how you like it!

No worries! The challenges are just a suggestion for those that like those kinds of challenges! I'm also participating in the tometopple (I have so many huge fantasies to choose from!). Hope you enjoy :)

Round 5 will take place Sunday July 1st through Saturday July 7th!

The reading challenges are:
1. Read a fantasy with red on the cover.
2. Read a fantasy based on a mythology you're unfamiliar with.
3. Read a fantasy with a strong friendship.
4. Read the last fantasy book you acquired.
5. Read a fantasy with dragons!

I will be hosting a giveaway again this round but instead of the photo challenges, I just ask that you post your tbr on twitter and/or instagram with the #becausedragonsrat hashtag! The winner can pick a book of their choice from Book Depository up to $15 USD.
