It does seem to be a bit more low key this year; the local book bookshop that usually take part and arranges quiz nights isn't even a collection point this year.
Finished it on Thursday - awesome!!!!

Sounds good, but not sure I can read one every month!HOWEVER, There are quite a lot of books in this theme I like the look of. Just downloaded (kindle)The Boy I Love by Marion Husband.

Steve - Pardon my ignorance, but I cannot think of any! I may have one but I'm not sure if it is right, delete if it's not true, but did the Doors take their name from The Doors of Perception by Aldous Huxley
After all the "rich and heavy" Christmas milieu how about something lighter like Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn
