probably After Oz by Gordon McAlpine It was a random borrow for me on Hoopla which I don't do a lot, definitely trippy and not one I'd read again but I enjoyed it.

I don't really have a monthly TBR but I'd like to possibly finish the Anne of Green Gables series, i'm on book 3 now, and possibly the new book in the Grandest Game series from Jennifer Lynn Barnes

A good friend of mine recently gifted me a reading journal, and I'm enjoying it much more than I thought I would.

Long, lazy reading afternoons, which is what I did earlier this week.

Would definitely spend spring and autumn in Avonlea from Anne of Green Gables, summer in Derbyshire, England or in Brighton from Jane Austen novels, and winter in Concord, Massachusetts with the March family from Little Women!

I have some books in the The Right Sort of Man series and some Bronte's I'm saving for autumn.

If they're not super expensive I do like having one or two special editions of classic's. but I don't like the sprayed edges trend, I feel like they won't wear down well.

I finished two. The Grandest Game and Kenobi

I can't really judge which I liked more, they're both completely different books and I loved them both!

Paperback, or something downloaded to my phone through hoopla or libby. I don't have a kindle lol

I check them out if I see one, but there aren't any where I live that i've seen. And I never have anything to contribute to them so lol

It's been a while since I've read this series and I can't honestly say its the ultimate for summer vibes lol but Peaches by Jodi Lynn Andersdon, mostly because it takes place in the summer in a peach orchard in Georgia, I believe, and it's about three different girls from different walks of life coming together and forming a tight friendship while working in the orchard.

If i'm going somewhere with a lot of downtime like a beach house or whatever, probably a good cozy mystery or classic novel that I can sit and devote time to. If it's somewhere that I'll be out all day or doing things I probably won't bring a physical book but have some stuff downloaded from Libby or Hoopla

Iced Coffee, or hot coffee, or tea while reading. I can't multitask well enough to eat and read at the same time lol

I am usually busier in the summer months, so I would say probably less.

Out of the three, I'd say thrillers.

I had gone through a major reading lapse for several years, and then during quarantine in 2020 I finally got around to listening to The Hunger Games trilogy on audiobook while I did one of my night jobs and it was so fully engrossing and evoked so much emotion and had so many timely messages in it that I was reminded of why I loved to read.

I have a great illustrated classics version of Anne of Green Gables that I used to read all the time, and I still have a few of my magic treehouse books I'll hang on to until one of my nieces wants it.
