The Rope Walk by Carrie Brown

"On page 3, I know this is very early in the book but I just had to say this. Why is the author so specific? She's specific and very metaphoric. I really like it but the I hope the too specific stuff doesn't last that long becasue I don't really like alot of details." May 30, 2012 07:24PM

Story of a Girl by Sara Zarr

"On page 51, The way that the author has set up Deanna for us so far makes me unsure whether to like her or not. I think she is a very strong character but I am not sure her actions and ideas are beneficial for the plot of the story. I am very interested to find out how this character is developed farther in the story." Jun 03, 2012 11:21AM

"On page 480, It was a different ending to the story then I would have honestly expected.. Finding out jace and clary were actually related throughout the whole time they were together was really unexpected and honestly really different. It took a different turn then most plot lines would and I'm not sure if I really liked it or not." Jun 03, 2012 05:16PM

"On page 102, I'm really loving this book because it teaches me about how African Americans were treated back then and the plot line is simply good. I feel like the White men are going to attack their family next and get closer and closer to them." Jun 07, 2012 09:14AM
