Do they still have Sweepstakes? That's where you win state in Marching and Concert, we did that 2xs!!!
Adagio for Tron? I like that!Oh, Elk Hunt, Yes!
You know, you've got great taste in music.
A few of these I'll have to look up. I've got a CD of Medieval songs in different period languages, one in Latin, that you'd probably like.
@Keri: Yup, high-school and college. I was a regular church musician in Irving for a while. I also played with the Irving Brass Band both as a brass player and as a percussionist.
Well, he could be so brilliant that he could be a professor at such a young age, but I'm also feeling that maybe the real Dr. Curtsinger would have not been so terribly different, back in his day.
Nothing really. It might be my mind's eye, but I always feel that Kurt Hurtsinger is portrayed as younger in some way than he would be in real life. That's about it. I'll let you know after I finish the 2nd read if anything else comes to mind.'o'
I think of that kid from The Last Airbender that played Ahn. He's a little older now, so he might be closer to his age.
Well, I plan to show up in the next chapter as a hybrid being. Shhh, don't tell yourself that so that it will be a surprise. LOLJust kidding, of course.
Don wrote: "Well, Obama is now sending people home..."Meaning that Damian could be coming back/already back. Just a thought.
In what sense the "human world", the humanity portion, or the Earth itself? The more I know, the weirder I find our world to be.
Oh, I think it's easy to convert, technically, but it's the moving my computer or moving the stereo that's questionable. O_o
What about Curt Hurtsinger? He sounds so much like a certain English Lit. professor that I took a writer's class from (the first one he taught, actually). It was for short stories. I loved that class and he like what I wrote.:-D
Yes, I think I need to talk my stories out so that I'm aware of how hard I'm thinking about it while doing something like driving.:-)
Wow! I knew you had good taste in music. Good to know that includes Danny Elfman. I recorded stuff years ago as a present for my step-father, but it was done on tape and I need to record it onto CD or save it as a .wav file. It was a loooong time ago. However, I have some composing software I bought a few years ago, I just haven't had a chance to use it, yet. I haven't played much over the past couple of years, but my gut tells me that I can now do much more sophisticated stuff than I did then.
