Hey guys. How have y'all been?

Nowadays I am reading more ebooks on my phone or on my computer. Every time when I take my eyes away from the screen after a long read, I feel like there's a stinging sensation at the back of my eyes. Don't know if that is normal. I think that this kind of reading is not very healthy, true?
