66637 Persuasion by Jane Austen Persuasion by Jane Austen Persuasion by Jane Austen Persuasion by Jane Austen Persuasion by Jane Austen Persuasion by Jane Austen Persuasion by Jane Austen Persuasion by Jane Austen Persuasion by Jane Austen

Jane Austen's last completed novel, Persuasion, was published in 1817, over 200 years ago.

Some scholars and critics describe Persuasion as a great 'Cinderella' story. Anne, the heroine, is generally not admired and it seems that she is often exploited by the people around her. Her prince, Captain Wentworth, comes back into her life, eventually confesses his love, and the couple are reunited. (taken from the Penguin Classics edition of Persuasion)

In the next post you will find a list of the chapter headings in the book.
Your goal is to read at least 1 task from each chapter of Persuasion. Some chapters have just one heading and others have several.

Rules:
This is a yearlong challenge. No page limits.
Books must be in the public domain.
