721 For our group reads for - November - we have chosen two books each with the theme - Spring - books about holidays & travel - therefore members will have four to choose from when you vote in the poll. (Once again, all Aussie authors)

Our choices are:

The Forever Place by Michelle Montebello The Forever Place by Michelle Montebello

Criminal defence lawyer Marley Kincaid appears perfect from the outside – beautiful, intelligent, successful. Nobody would guess she was falling apart on the inside. Ever since tragedy rocked her life two years ago, she has sought solace in alcohol.

When Marley eventually hits rock bottom, her sister intervenes, sending her to White Cedar, an island off the coast of Nova Scotia in the vast and wild North Atlantic Ocean. There she is expected to attempt sobriety and recover, but life on the island is more challenging than she ever expected.

Back To Birdsville by Fiona McArthur Back To Birdsville by Fiona McArthur

Birdsville, the most remote town in the world, population 110. What the people lack in numbers they make up for in community spirit.

When midwife and emergency nurse Phoebe McFadden fled her family dramas at age sixteen, she thought she’d left Birdsville for good. But when her cousin Scarlet asks her to be bridesmaid in her wedding party, Phoebe knows it’s time to make her way home … and face the past.

Murder in the Lakes (Melody Harper #1) by Rachel Amphlett Murder in the Lakes by Rachel Amphlett

Fledgling private detective Melody Harper is down on her luck and nursing a black eye when she’s approached by a new client who believes her daughter is in danger.

There’s a wedding next weekend, and the client’s daughter is the bride. Except Melody’s client hasn’t told her the whole truth – the groom’s last fiancée seems to have disappeared, and nobody has any answers.

One Summer in Tuscany by Annie Seaton One Summer in Tuscany by Annie Seaton

Gia Carelli is a talented artist who works in the family restaurant in Tuscany and dreams of a life where her strict parents allow her to move to Florence to pursue the art she lives and breathes. The expectation that she will marry a local boy and raise a horde of bambini, as the rest of her siblings have done, is one she fights to no avail.
When a gorgeous, wealthy stranger visits their village, Gia wonders if maybe her stars are about to change.

721 FROM THE MODERATOR SUPPORT GROUP

ATTN: Moderators!

This just began happening this afternoon. It was working yesterday and earlier today. Now, any new threads you create in your groups, the notify me box stays unchecked. Whether you are the creator of that thread or not, this box will un-check itself once you leave the thread.

GRs finally implemented this disruption in group threads, what they started a month ago, with status, polls, and review updates.

Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this new glitch since it is happening inside of the groups. The workarounds that were given for status updates and reviews, as of right now, is still working. View those here.

Moderators and members, please do pass this information along. Stress the importance of members going to the group's homepage from now on, if they want to remain informed about new posts or new threads in the groups that they currently follow.

This is the only way to ensure that you are not missing any new post updates or new threads created in your groups.

Thank you.
