Oh, I have no doubt the books have been around for a while. They mentioned he's been running the company like that for 30 years. I was mainly wondering if it would be worth my time to read any of them, and also wondering if people in the Stoos movement had already heard of him.

Yesterday I saw a summary of the coming season of the 'Tegenlicht' documentaries. One episode will be about Ricardo Semler and the Semco way. His vision is sort of an Agile++ way of running a business. And they mentioned that he'd written a book. This morning I found out he wrote several. Has anyone read any of them yet?
