Go Dee-Marie, go! Keep that knight in line. How funny. Lot better behave himself or he's gonna meet with a most unfortunate end. Can't wait to read this so I can find out what kind of mischief Lot has been up to.
Hold on there a second Missy! There are a lot of great "Hot" books that sell really well. Hot romance novels could be lucrative. Plus, I want to read more. No need to tone it down if you ask me.Just somethin' to think 'bout ;-)
Woohoo!! Happy Dance!!See...I TOLD you it was worthy of an award! I was totally serious and this news is seriously cool!
Way to go Dee-Marie :-)
What wonderful insight into Lot. An ounce of understanding goes a long way. But, it is clear why Lot and Merlin will never get past their shared history. To Merlin, regardless of Lot's past, Lot was still a participant in his foster parents murder and as such should not be trusted. Add to that, Lot's jealously of Merlin, and Merlin is wise to be wary of Lot.
Reminds me of some of the stories I've seen about inmates in jail. Yes, you can feel sorry for them and understand why they did terrible things. But, it doesn't change the fact they committed aweful acts and are simply not trustworthy.
25,000 words completed! Woohoo, very well done. But, you know what happens when you cut Sir Lot short...perhaps there will be a separate book to tell his tale? Because now I want to know what he and Morgauase had going on. ;-)
Lot killed the...what?! Inquiring minds want to know! You really have to include Lot's plot and his scenes, or else he won't leave you alone and who know what else he might do! (Although it might be interesting to see what kind of mischief he comes up with ;-)
I would like to see as much of Merlin's and Arthur's childhood and youth included as possible. I haven't read a whole lot (with the exception of your first book) about either.I say explore the youth, as those are the formative years.
My two cents from the bunny-slippered, booted one ;-)
You hear those voices, too?! (LOL~Just kidding ;-)My pleasure! Thank you for writing such a beautiful review. You have such a lovely way with words!
Yeah, the slippers ARE more snuggly.
But, the boots will keep you going.
Laughs wickedly! So, you bunny-slippered writting wench, you thought you could sleep on the job?!Not with this butt-kicking crew around!
(Thank you Nick for taking the night watch ;-)
We are watching you Ms. Dee. We are always watching!
Woohoo, this is turning into quite the party!!Leather pants, bunny slippers, butt kicking boots, slave-drivers...
Hey, what a minute....kind of party IS THIS?! 8-]
(LOL! Couldn't resist. I am the "Mistress of Creative Mischief" for a reason ;-)
