This book already has the imaginative and unusual introductory story that goes back to the other books in the series that have mystical and well organized stories that will eventually build up to a big problem. "The main conflict we have learned is that Shawn's father is planning to kill him. Because of Shawn's cerebral palsy he can't communicate which forces everyone to think he's "brain-dead". But, we as the readers know that he has total recall and is able to remember everything he hears. So far, this book is great and i can't to see the story further unfold." — Sep 27, 2024 12:06PM

(Later)- Neve mind. He'll rather give himself up then have the rest of th people be sold.
