This is a shelf that I have read a lot from. For August, I plan to either read a book by Sophie Kinsella (there are so many to pick from) or Beach Read... or maybe both. Anyone have Sophie Kinsella recommendations? I have read most of the shopoholic series (I loved it until I got bored and stopped reading it). I also loved The Undomestic Goddess, Can You Keep a Secret?, and Finding Audrey. I didn't like Remember Me?.
I finished 8 this year. That is more than I ever have before for this challenge, so I am happy. I think it helps that I have discovered audiobooks, so I can multitask. I also have been mercilessly discarding any books that I no longer want to read, such as most classics.

Bea wrote: "Blarneygod, don't forget that part #2 of LOST is Found which is books you've added more recently. And part #3 later in the year is Lost & Found."LOL true Bea, but I never get to part #2 because I never read all ten (at least not yet). Last year's 8, I think is as close as I have ever gotten to completing this challenge.
All twenty of my books I listed above are the oldest on my shelves. I am using this challenge to both read the books I have been meaning to read for a long time and to weed out the books from my list that have been sitting on my list for so long because I really don't want too read them (and finally admit I'm not going to and take them off my list).
LOL I did switch my covers back to links because I realized I was taking up way too much space with twenty book covers. Sorry about that!
I read 8 books from my lost list last year. I don't plan to read all of the books below, but I have found having more choices, inspires me to read more. 2010:
The Rescue
P.S. I Love You
The Stand
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
The Little Giant of Aberdeen County
People of the Book
2011:
Dark of Night
2015:
Queen of the Slayers
2016
At First Sight
How to Fall in Love
2017
Must Love Dogs: New Leash on Life-currently reading
Two By Two
2018
Ruby Holler
The Migrant Passage: Clandestine Journeys from Central America
Wow great job everyone!!! I am a bit behind this year.... I have not read any from my lost list yet....
Maybe I will actually finish Middlesex this month. I started it last year, but haven’t really wanted to pick it back up. It rolled over from last year’s lost challenge. I am considering giving up, but I did make it to page 169, so I feel like I should see it through even if I skim heavily.

Bea: LOL you make Caleb's Crossing sound so interesting when you describe it that you ALMOST make me want to try to read it again.

Bea, Thanks for the tips! I already had Ella Enchanted high up on my list to read soon, but now I know to put People of the Book up there as well. I loved that author's Year of Wonders (one of my favorite books), but I didn't like Caleb's Crossing (I can't even remember what it was about). Did you ever read her book, March? I had it on my to read list because I love Little Women, but took it off after reading the reviews and after reading Caleb's Crossing.

Looks like you have a great list. Ella Enchanted was one of my ..."
My daughter enjoyed Ella Enchanted also, so I am really looking forward to reading that one. I love reading Juvenile Fiction because those books give me instant gratification since they tend to be shorter and therefore finished more quickly:) The amount of books I read in a year have definitely gone up since I started reading more books like that. I don't like reading really long books that take me months to read (like Fountainhead) because I don't feel like I have accomplished as much with only one book read after months of reading (which is silly because reading is reading).

Megan, I have People of the Book on my Lost list this year also:)
