Hi! I’m taking a look at the settings now as well, I definitely allow messages so I’ll look into both group and personal settings for me and share here.Elaine and I are both still here, though admittedly I got quiet in the group. We can certainly discuss if changing moderators is the move to make!

If it isn't work, scroll to the top and hit Netgalley Readers - the group title - and at the top of everything both challenges are there as well!

Absolute can!
Hi all,There are BOTH challenges created at this time, however you wll have to enter both separately and ensure you always mark one, the other, or both folders to ensure they count. We seem to always have a major miscount, but I tend to ignore it and just let the challenge fun.
If you head to our chat, there's a folder dedicated to 2025 challenges now and they're both on the main page at the top too. :)

this challenge is specifically for all reads from Netgalley only, no matter the publication date or format. No need to post a review :)
Quick update - numbers for everyone are not showing perfectly, we've experience this before. You can take the time to try to manually check all your books if you so choose, or you can just move your focus on over to 2025!

This is for all reads from anywhere and in any format. In 2022 we aimed for 9,730 books and hit 82% with 8,062 read!
In 2023 there were 100 participants aiming to read a grand total of 8,615 books and achieved 40% with 3513 read.
In 2025 we achieve 79% with a total of 5,937 books read out of 7,498.
Let's see if we can do even better in 2025!
Remember to use the Bookshelves/Tags when you read to mark that the read goes towards the group's challenge! Your normal read folder does not count for this, you must create a new one. I create mine with the same folder title every year, just with the right year reflected. So this year my folder is 2025 All Reads Challenge but you can choose any name for your folder!

This challenge involves challenging yourself to read/listen to books from NetGalley! In 2023 we didn't do so well, achieving a total of 1,645 of 4,284 (38%).
In 2024 we read a total 4,576 out of our goal of 5,620 (81%)
Can we increase all these totals in 2025 and meet our goals together?
I'm looking forward to another excellent year of discussions, book sharing, buddy reads, and review posting. Let's see how many Netgalley reads we can complete in 2025! Remember if everyone only added one book towards this challenge we'd still have more than 4,000 in total so every single participant and book counts to our overall total.
