We realize that we are fools.
We realize that we have not achieved true wisdom, and cannot do so on our own.
Thus we have assembled the War & Pizza Book Club.
For we need the help of authors, alive or dead; our peers, stoned or sober; and pizza, cold or fresh, in order to achieve our goals of enlightenment and a full stomach.
Each book is a War to be won.
Each Pizza is a celebration of victory.
