2. Be mindful of the diversity of people here. "Our" culture or "our" society may not actually be shared experiences, identities, or beliefs. Best to be specific or speak from your own experience instead of assuming. Do not say things that are inflammatory, non-constructive, or at odds with the aims of the discussion.
3. Community growth depends on the inclusion of every individual voice. Everyone in the group should speak, not just a handful of individuals.
4. Be sure to file new books as "to-read" on the bookshelf, so only the books we read as a group are on our "read" shelf. GO ahead and tag them with whatever categories make sense.
5. This should be a no-brainer but you really should read the book! Wikipedia is great but it’s not the same as actually reading it.
