Novel Conversations

[close] To help make participation enjoyable for everyone in the Novel Conversations book club, it’s important that you follow the guidelines we’ve established. Please review them carefully before participating.

1. A team of Ascension Parish Library staff moderates this group. Moderators will be responsible for the creation of events, polls, discussion posts, etc., and help guide club conversations.

2. Treat other members with courtesy and respect.

3. Do not share any personal identifiers (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) about yourself or others.

4. A Novel Conversations book club member’s status will be considered inactive after two months of no participation. At this time, any inactive member may be removed from the group to allow room for new members unless the member has communicated special circumstances to Alyssa Devall at novelconversations@myapl.org or (225) 673-8699.

5. Keep an open mind. Part of the joy of a book club is discovering new books you would not have experienced before.
