There are two Forces in the universe that existed since the beginning of time, a Force of Light and a Force of Dark.
The Force of Light banished the Force of Dark to the outskirts of all of the dimensions, on the edge of the Void, for almost destroying a Blade that the Force of Light owned which protected the dimensions from colliding with each other.
