2. Resiliency can be a hot button topic. This list owner sets her time to rage at God (he can take it) at 6am, if needed, Grieving at what I have lost, happens at 8pm. Both have a maximum time allowance of 15 min.

You see, the mind can only think of one thing at a time. Only I can chose whether I see the glass as half empty or half full. YOU, as fellow leaders, can help me stay focused - eyes forward!
