OPS Pride Network Book Club

[close] 1. Create a safe space - this club is an inclusive space for everyone. This includes leaving sensitive discussions within the group - take the ideas and leave the names.
2. Share the Airtime - if you're someone who participates often and is comfortable talking – awesome! Please recognize that after you’ve shared a few times to leave space for other people to also put their ideas out there.
3. Reserve the Right to Change Your Mind - if you say something and then later disagree with yourself, that’s okay! This is a safe space to say something and then later feel differently and change your mind.
4. Take Care of Yourself / Right to Pass - some of the information we’ll be sharing and the concepts we’ll be discussing can be hard to hear. Pay attention to your feelings and take care of yourself if you feel that something is becoming too much to handle.

We reserve the right to refuse entry and remove people from the group if we feel they have violated this rule.
