      1. Only coming if you read the book/have read at least 75% and can contribute to the conversation
      2. Hosts always send rsvp (“like this message”) 3-7 days before
      3. New people are only added to the chat after they’ve attended a meeting where they read the book. If you want to invite a friend, instead of adding them to the chat, text in the group that your friend is coming. After they’ve come to the meeting, add them to the chat and introduce them (Sophia adding Jess is a great example). The new member can also mention what they’re looking forward to.
      4. Berni will send text after book club today saying that if you’d like to stay in book club, please text berni separately. If you don’t text, we assume you’re not interested/inactive and will be removed.
      5. You can always rejoin 💛 (see rule 3)
      6. Tri-annual roster review: every 4 months we will repeat rule 4.
      7. Book club social - every 3-4 months early- middle of the month h
