- Membership is not limited by geographical or man-made boundaries.

- Membership will be granted if you are willing to add a minimum of five books in our bookshelf.

- Members must not be an alien, or inhabitants of a distant galaxy. They must be permanent and bonafide resident of Planet Earth.

- Members aged over 150 or below 0 will automatically invite disqualification, and no appeal, whatsoever, will be entertained.

- Other rules will be enforced from time to time.
