In the very first Boystown story, this is the building that Marshall Thornton had in mind as Brian Peerson's studio apartment on Kenmore. This is which figures prominently in Boystown 6: From the Ashes. Just recently closed, it was a sleazy, transient hotel in Uptown Chicago. Well, it is one of my POSSIBLE pictures of Nick Nowak.
