critique honestly, but do so with respect. "I don't like it" isn't criticism, it's your opinion--there is a difference. Criticism requires thoughtfully engaging with what's written, considering the author's intent, style, form, and content.

2. If you don't want critique, please do not post your works here! Don't like what the critics say? Respectfully talk back. That's what a forum is for. Again, please do so with courtesy.
