Cover of 'The Rise, Decline & Fall of the Roman Religion' by James Ballantyne Hannay. Hannay's work exposed the true nature of the words used in the Bible as "sex-words" and other vulgar words that had been disguised. Therefore, the Bible was NEVER a "holy" book, but a bawdy fraud. This is the cover of an earlier copy of 'Christ And The Caesars' by Bruno Bauer. Bauer was the first well-known scholar to have identified the Roman authorship of the New Testament texts. He correctly wrote of Seneca's involvement in the creation of the New Testament gospels.
