So I wont assume he has read all of these but maybe a couple. Interesting at the vary least. I'm going to start taking pictures of every GOs books shelf when I get a chance just for fun. Second pic same shelf different view If you have kids you definitely need to read this. Either way, Everyone should consider whether they fall in the Fixed or Growth Mindset. This is a fantastic model of how we either limit ourselves before we start or set ourselves up for future/continuing success. This picture provides a general insight into the concept that allows you to gain a general understanding. This was discussed to some extent in the book Switch, but is discussed in numerous other books. I found this on a website called War Council that I read from occasionally. Its a great fast review of some common terms/words/concepts we should all understand. Check out this website if you ever get a chance. Its run by a Major in the Army and is a good reminder of what we should also be striving to do professionally...Write! http://www.warcouncil.org/
