Action Books of Action (Fantasy & Sci-fi)
Although I love heady books, sometimes I just want to settle down with some straight up action.
To compare to movies, something you'd watch on a Friday night just to see lots of explosions. GI Joe 2, if you will. The new Michael Bay TMNT.
So let's put our recommendations for Action Books of Action here. And let's keep it to Sci-fi and Fantasy.
So far the only criteria is that the book has to be action-packed throughout. So while Brandon Sanderson's Alloy of Law counts, The Hero of Ages doesn't.
