What makes a book/story good?
I was wondering what peoples opinions are on; what makes a story/book good? and why?
For me its the setting. I love to be taken away to a different place. I want to be able to feel that I am sat with the main characters through the descriptions given. I want to find out what everyone else thinks makes a good book/story. Just a bit of fun, but also as a writer about to release my debut book its a bit of research on my part. I look forward to your opinions.
