1. A book will be chosen at least every month to read (might change to bi-monthly).

2. The choice will be made by the 1st of every month, by the member whose turn it is.

3. Turns alternate every month is order based on time of joining.

4. One book may be vetoed each month, but must have group majority to do so.

5. The membership must never exceed ten.
