Meet and tell each other about what you're reading/have read and provide your analysis, thoughts, whatever...
The rule is to encourage each to commit to and follow through on reading books.
The other rule is not to overdo it.
The other rule is, Nonfiction is fine. I can't add it as a subtopic.
