Challenging Times Need a Book Club Up to the Challenge

[close] 1. Any posts should have evidence from the book cited (direct quote or paraphrased quote). No page numbers necessary since we'll all be using different editions of the book.

2. While I will try to pose topic questions, but feel free pose questions of your own.

3. Avoid posts that contain conversational disclaimers that start with phrases like:

This is a book set in the antebellum (Pre-Civil War) South. There are bound to be some things that are distasteful to readers of this present-day book club. If you post your question or comment with a quote from the book, your post will be welcomed.

4. This is not an English Class, do not comment on grammar of contributors. Although, the grammar of the author is fair game if it relates to a topic of discussion.
