[close] If a book was already read by a member, then you should propose another book.
If the chosen genre doesn't appear in the top 5 genres on the goodreads page, then the book is rejected and you have to propose another.
If the book is not the first in a series, then it can be picked only if all the other members have read the previous books to that in the series.
