[close] At the first meeting, we will choose a specific day/time to hold our meetings each month. If more than 50% is available we will meet at our regular time. Meetings will not change unless the group makes a collective decision to move it. Otherwise, book club is a commitment that everyone should keep. Each month a different member hosts. We will set up a hosting schedule and stay in rotation as much as possible. At each meeting, each book club member should bring a snack.The host is also responsible for the communication (email, discussion question, directions to their home, etc) Each member should come prepared to each meeting with either a couple of discussion questions/topics or a favorite passage to talk about. At the end of the last meeting of a book, each member will nominate a book for the next month. We will vote as a club.DON'T TELL ANYONE YOUR BOOK CHOICE UNTIL YOU UNVEIL IT AT THE MEETING! This will spoil the fun and if someone finds out too early they may read the book before it's time.
