Each year, one traditon, one law had been repated since the uprising.
Each year, one young male and female, henceforth known as the Tribute from each district between the ages of 12 to 18, will be given the honour to represent their homeland in a game of sorts against the opposing 11 disticts.
This will be known as the Hunger Games.
