On Book suggestions:
While we do enjoy long, heavy tomes from time to time, it is best to restrict you choices by page limits so we can make it through the books within 4-5 weeks and still pretend to have a professional life. So, 500 pages or less of typical print parameters. No other constraints.

On discussion dates:
If you do not plan to or expect to read the book, then don't push a discussion date forward. We'd like to maintain a monthly rotation. We are not religious about the day or date, as long as we are staying within a 4-5 week cycle.

On discussion format:
Again, no religion here. It's free format. We can discuss something for 3 minutes or 30. We can quote passages, para-phrase, or talk about a tangent. The point is to read together and hopefully find common enjoying ground. If you do not finish the book, but want to chat up and don't have qualms about potential spoilers, join the discussion.
