Breaking the Chains
A people without knowledge of its past is like a tree without roots. Books can lock down the mind as well as enlighten consciousness. Black (Afrikan) people around the world internalize Eurocentric notions of goodness, morality, and aesthetics rather than recognizing our own virtues.
