Throughout my career, I've relied on the wisdom within pages of hundreds of books to talk me through so many scenarios, frustrations, gain insights, learn management approaches, even become a better writer. As active as I am online and with technology, my greatest pleasure is still buying and holding a hardback book in my hands, highlighting, tabbing, flagging, circling...I wear my books down with love and frequent use.

As active as I am online and with technology, my greatest pleasure is still buying and holding a hardback book in my hands, highlighting, tabbing, flagging, circling...I wear my books down with love and frequent use.

If we've had a mentoring conversation, I've coached you, we're peers or friends, or colleagues, and we've had a deep conversation before, you've likely gotten a book recommendation from me. There's one for every scenario! And if you see me carrying a bag, you can be assured there's a great book in it. I'm reading 4-6 books at any given time, and have been craving a group to discuss them with.

We're going to tackle a variety of topics, changing as often as the seasons. The focus is on being a leader of change. Our club books will run a gamut of (what I think) are interesting topics that I believe will grow you and change your way of thinking and doing. I'm looking forward to sharing the books that I'm currently reading with you through this group, and I'm excited to see what you recommend to us, and hope you do!

If you're a fan of non-fiction, biography, business wisdom, productivity and at times even weaving in the relevant spiritual books as a way to enhance your career and personal life, I'd love for you to join this group so we can share discussion on the topics.

We'll pick one book a month. I'll start discussions and questions, but I encourage you to do the same, and get involved and be an active member of the club as well.

As we grow, I'll work to bring some of the authors into the discussion. There is nothing equivalent to having the person who created the work, join you in a discussion, and I'm looking forward to making that available to this group.
