- every month there will be a theme
- people eligible for suggesting books (sending them to Fay) for the next month are only the ones who have read the previous month's book
- everyone is allowed to vote, but you are not allowed to vote for your own suggestion, also try to vote as soon as possible so the rest don't have to wait forever
