The World Without Us

I've read quite a few books on the environment and climate change. I really enjoyed this one. What would happen to the biosphere if there was no longer humans of the planet is the main premise of the book. It looks at our infrastructure and discusses what would happen to our houses, bridges, nuclear reactors... if we were no longer here. It also looks at how our disappearance would affect flora and fauna. It reads like a science fiction novel and is a real page turner. I joined goodreads.com tod ...more
