2. This group is about uplifting and empowering each other. We use encouragement vs. belittlement to urge each other on.
3. Open discussion about the books is encouraged! Although you may not agree or even like the book - again this is about focusing on what you learned. If you don't have anything nice to say...well...you know the rest!
4. If you join during the year - the goal is the same. You just have to double time it to keep up!
