[close] Wow. When I started eading this, I figured this would be rather dull. I was soooooo wrong. Anne is a spunky 11 year old girl who is lucky enough to be adopted by two elderly siblings, Marilla and Matthew Culbert, and goes through many troubles! She is as chatty as a magpie, and boy, everyone makes sure she knows that! Join Anne as she tries to fit in at Avonlea of Prince Edward Island at the turn of the 1900s. I would highly recommend this book.
