Books published for children that feature trans children. Books must not be picture books or early reader books (i.e, I Am Jazz), but complete chapter books. They also must not be aimed at a high school or young adult audience (i.e, Parrotfish).

I haven't read it, but from what I've read about it, The Boy in the Dress is not about a trans kid. It's about a boy who likes to wear dresses.

Haven't read it either but have read reviews that say it's about a boy who wears dresses because he misses his mum not because he's trans. Some even say it has anti-trans undertones.

Also, I didn't take it off, but The Art of Being Normal is definitely being marketed as YA here in the States. The MCs are 14 and 15 in high school, one is dating and the sexual aspects of that are described, they get drunk, etc.
